Yes. All Landrace Origins products are federally legal. Our products are 100% hemp-derived and contain less than the federal limit of 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight.

In December of 2018, the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (more well known as the Farm Bill) was signed into law. It removed hemp, defined as cannabis (Cannabis sativa L.) and derivatives of cannabis with less than than 0.3 percent delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) on a dry weight basis, from the definition of marijuana in the Controlled Substances Act (CSA).

Yes. All Landrace Origins products undergo comprehensive analytical testing several times during the manufacturing process by an independent, third-party accredited laboratory. The laboratory we use is Anresco Laboratories in San Francisco, California.
